felecia187 so you are feeling blue not as happy some days well one way to change that is to get your self a pet , i love fish no mess to clean up , you could get a puppy or a kitten to cuddle with cuddling with pets will make you feel better this is proven time and time again , and don't be afraid to talk to them they do understand some things and if you get a puppy you have to take them for a walk now and then this will also help you by you getting some fresh air and exercise , and going for a walk with your dog will make it seem less like exercise , so stop feeling blue and get a pet , enjoy .
