cramps when exercising well no more .

felecia187 cramps well exercising hurt and can get you to stop your work out , yet you have drank enough water , so what gives , well here goes the water you drank was cold water it is harder for the body to digest cold water and takes more energy to do it which means your blood is working to digest the water when it should be fueling your bodies muscles with energy , so how do you stop this from happening well instead of drinking cold water , you should be drinking hot water it takes less energy to digest hot water then it dose cold water , so you should drink warm to hot this way your body gets the water it needs and you get to work out with out the pain of getting cramps , God bless .
