felecia187 this is a big tip in order to lose weight you need a support group this is a number of people you can turn to to help with your goal to loss weight and keep it off , start with your family and tell them what you need from them to help you , get a Councillor , and even someone you can use a sound board someone you can let it out on how you feel , feelings and weight loss go hand in hand , you feel bad you eat more , so it is better to deal with your anger in a proper way that will not make you eat more and fall of the wagon , every one has a right to be angry but if you vent in a manner that will make you feel better then you have a better chance of losing the weight and keeping it off , because if you vent and then feel bad you will eat more , eat for live not for how you feel , enjoy .
